Luminous and deep golden colour, with fine columns of persistent bubbles. On the nose, initial woody notes give way to intense aromas of white flower, cooked fruit and grilled almonds with notes of spice (cinnamon, vanilla). The backbone is extraordinarily fresh. The palate offers a superb and complex body, subtly balanced between freshness and power. The rich aromatic range is intensified with notes of red berries. It displays remarkable vinosity and elegance. The finish is exceptionally long.
