Pale and brilliant golden colour, with a slight green reflection. The bubbles are very fine.
The nose is refined and elegant; it opens with fresh floral aromas (hawthorn) and dried fruit (almond), supported by hints of citrus (grapefruit, lemon zest). The complexity of the aromatic range stands out with pastry notes accentuated by a very delicate minerality.
On the palate, the wine is dense and ample, with a clean and balanced structure. The freshness and vivacity characteristic of the year are very evident and harmoniously combine with mineral, almost saline notes, and generous, toasted aromas (grilled hazelnuts, brioche). The finish is persistent and fresh, with elegant minerality.
