Sourced from carefully selected village-level parcels in Beaune, the wine is vinified with minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the terroir. The 2021 vintage, though challenging, rewarded disciplined producers with wines of exceptional freshness, precision, and longevity.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour with a luminous clarity. The nose opens with red cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle earthy undertones of forest floor and dried rose petals. On the palate, silky tannins frame a vibrant acidity, with flavours of raspberry, spice, and a lingering mineral finish characteristic of Beaune's limestone soils.

Food Pairing

Duck confit, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, aged soft cheeses.

Serve at 14–16°C. Decant 30 minutes before serving.
