The effervescence is wonderfully delicate with columns of light, swirling bubbles.Nose: Expressive and fresh; opens with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn) leading to a fruity elegance, with notes of white peach and apricot, as well as hints of citrus and pastry.Palate: The texture of the wine is seductive, at once fresh and smooth, well balanced. The aromas develop with more concentrated notes of candied pear and acacia honey.Finish: Rich and persistent.
