The colour is a pale pink with golden and coppery reflections. Very fine and light bubbles form a vibrant ring. The fine and subtle nose offers delicate and fruity flavours of red fruits, such as wild strawberry and cherry. On the palate, the wine is silky and delightfully fresh. It is generous, well-structured, and rounded. Refined fruit aromas, such as raspberry, gradually become more intense, perfectly blending with citrus notes on a slightly spicy and mineral background. The elegant finish has great persistence.
