The Fiorduva 2022 is an exceptional Italian white wine from the producer Maria Cuomo, located on the spectacular Amalfi Coast. Winemaking

The grapes come from pergolas and atypical radial vines on coastal terraces at an altitude of 200-550 meters. Harvesting is done manually in the first ten days of October. After soft pressing, the free-run must ferments at 12°C for about three months in oak barrels, following cold static clarification and inoculation with selected yeasts.

Tasting Notes

It presents a deep yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma is reminiscent of apricots and broom flowers, with notes of exotic fruits. The taste is soft, dense, and characterized by a significant aromatic persistence of dried apricots, sultanas, and candied fruits.

Food Pairing

Perfect with elaborate fish dishes, grilled seafood, seafood risotto, poultry with creamy sauces, and soft cheeses. Ideal for special occasions and high-end Mediterranean cuisine.
