The Beyond The Clouds MMXXI is an exceptional Italian white wine from the renowned producer Elena Walch, located in Alto Adige. Vinification

The various grape varieties are harvested as soon as the Chardonnay reaches optimal ripeness. All varieties are crushed and pressed together, fermenting in new French oak barrels. Part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, being aged for another 10 months in barrel with regular lees stirring. The final wine is aged in the bottle for at least 6 months before release.

Tasting Notes

It presents a bright and intense yellow color. On the nose, it reveals a complex and seductive interplay of aromas with fruity nuances of exotic fruits like pineapple, floral notes of rose petals, and light toasted aromas. On the palate, the wine excites with fullness and structure, creamy, soft and elegant, stimulatingly fresh and juicy with a discreetly integrated woody note and a long flavor reverberation.
