Light golden colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is rich and generous and opens with a wide range of intense aromas. Notes of quince, honey, candied citrus fruits and orange peel, and brioche that mingle with great intensity and balance. On the palate, the Grand Vintage 2013 is full-bodied and shows great freshness, supported by a silky and refined texture. The mineral finish is delicate and completed by a beautiful crisp touch, prolonged by a lightly acidic and lively structure.
