Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises 2008 is one of the world's rarest and most exclusive champagnes, produced from ungrafted vines over 70 years old in Aÿ. It is a pure Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, in extremely limited quantities.

The 2008 vintage was exceptional in Champagne, with brilliant acidity and remarkable aging potential.

Tasting Notes:
Pale golden colour with very fine bubbles. A nose of great purity with aromas of citrus, white fruits, chalk, and floral notes. On the palate, it is taut, mineral, precise, with a finish of extraordinary longevity.

Food Pairing:
Caviar, lobster, scallops, and minimalist haute cuisine dishes.
