Bibi Graetz Casamatta Red Organic Wine 2022, 0.75

This red is my favourite whenever I want a glass of wine. It's a pure, transparent Sangiovese red with plenty of cherry and raspberry, good acidity that helps with food, and a round medium body with low tannins and a surprisingly vibrant flavour.
