The colour is an intense shimmering gold with some amber highlights. The lively, fine, creamy bubbles form a substantial ring. The nose reveals great aromatic richness, with warm aromas of ripe fruit (pear, red fruit, apricot) and warm brioche. The palate is surprisingly fresh and full-bodied, with a silky and very refined texture. This leads to subtle and harmonious notes of fruit, pastry and honey. The finish is fresh and fruity.
