The Boizel Collection Trésol 1990 is a rare gem from the House of Boizel, produced in one of the most legendary years for Champagne in the 20th century. The 1990 harvest was marked by an exceptionally hot summer, which produced wines of great richness, maturity, and aging potential.

Tasting Notes:
Intense golden color with deep amber reflections. A nose of great complexity: honey, dried fruits, tobacco, mushrooms, and notes of controlled oxidation. On the palate, it is rich, unctuous, and has an endless finish.

Perfect with foie gras, black truffles, hard cheeses, and game dishes.
