Curriculum Vitae Douro White Wine 2021 - An exceptional white wine from vineyards over 80 years old, aged in French barrels.

Winemaking Process:

Produced from white grapes grown in a vineyard over 80 years old in the northeastern part of the Douro region. After light pressing, only the first juice is fermented and aged in new and one-year-old 225 and 500-liter French oak barrels. All barrels are individually tasted and finally blended before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Intensely fresh and vibrant, with buttery, mineral, and herbal notes. Complex wine with a very long finish that reveals the quality of the old vines.

Food Pairing:

Excellent with grilled fish, seafood, Bacalhau à Brás, mushroom risotto, and creamy cheeses.
