Vinification Process:

The grapes are grown in our own vineyards with North, East, and Northwest exposure in Rio Torto. All grapes are foot-trodden in granite lagares for 8 to 12 days of fermentation, at temperatures between 22º and 26º Celsius. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to Allier French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:

Intense violet color with dark red and purple reflections. Aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries, plums, and spices. A balanced wine with remarkable finesse and a very long fruity finish.

Food Pairing:

Perfect with grilled red meats, game, intensely flavored dishes, and aged cheeses.
