Saffredi 2019 is the flagship wine of Fattoria Le Pupille and one of the greatest expressions of Maremma Toscana. Created by Elisabetta Geppetti as a tribute to her father, this Super Tuscan represents the innovative vision and passion of one of Italy's most respected producers.

Made from a sophisticated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Alicante Bouschet, Saffredi 2019 is produced from carefully selected vineyards and ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of monumental structure and refined elegance.

On the nose, it presents complex aromas of ripe dark fruits, wild blackberries, spices, dark chocolate, tobacco, and Mediterranean notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it reveals itself to be powerful and harmonious, with firm yet silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, persistent finish.

A cellar-worthy wine with aging potential of 15-20 years. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, game, truffle dishes, or aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C, preferably decanted.
