Pale, clear citrus colour. Complex nose, with citrus notes and exotic fruit. Well-integrated wood, which adds depth and complexity to the aroma. On the palate it is enveloping, silky and very elegant, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and texture, with a flavour dominated by lemonade and mineral notes. The very discreet oak ageing provides harmony and complexity. Long, mineral, slightly saline finish, ending with elegance. A white wine that will evolve very well in the bottle.
