Quinta da Vacaria is one of the oldest properties in the Douro region. History tells us that the wine produced at the Quinta dates back to 1616, four centuries ago. Its wines, during their journeys on rabelo boats to Vila Nova de Gaia, lost their identity, but never ceased to be prestigious. It is with great pride that the Quinta now possesses one of the largest and most valuable collections of old Port wines, which were only bottled at their origin with their own brand and producer's seal in 2016.
