This is a fascinating blend, hand-harvested from Marlborough's oldest organic vineyard. Excellent with freshwater fish and lighter seafood, as despite its weight, the wine has very delicate notes. Poultry and vegetable dishes, with a tendency towards lighter, spiced Asian cuisine. The wine evolves in the glass, try it with hard cheeses.
