Garrafeira Canhoto Return Policy
At Garrafeira Canhoto, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. This policy clearly and transparently explains how to proceed.
Return Period
In accordance with Portuguese law, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, intact, and properly sealed packaging
- Show no signs of use or damage
- Include all original accessories, labels, and documentation
- Wine bottles must be in the same condition as when they were shipped
Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened bottles or bottles with a broken security seal
- Personalized products or products specially ordered for you
- Promotional or sale products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
How to Process a Return
Step 1: Contact us via email at info@garrafeiracanhoto.com or by phone, indicating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: Await our confirmation and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging.
Step 4: Send the order to the address we provide.
Refunds
After we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In these cases:
- We will cover all return costs
- We will proceed with a product replacement or a full refund
- We will request photographs of the product for analysis
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the original product and place a new order.
