Boizel Champagne Brut Reserve with Box, 0.75

The colour, golden like straw, is brilliant and limpid. The effervescence is wonderfully delicate with columns of light, swirling bubbles.
Nose: Expressive and fresh; opens with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn) leading to a fruity elegance, with notes of white peach and apricot, as well as touches of citrus and pastry.
Palate: The texture of the wine is seductive, at once fresh and smooth, well balanced. The aromas develop with more concentrated notes of candied pear and acacia honey.
Finish: Rich and persistent.
