The colour, golden like straw, is brilliant and clear. The effervescence is wonderfully delicate with light, swirling columns of bubbles.
Nose: Expressive and fresh; opens with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn) leading to a fruity elegance, with notes of white peach and apricot, as well as hints of citrus and pastry.
Palate: The wine's texture is seductive, at once fresh and smooth, well-balanced. The aromas develop with more concentrated notes of candied pear and acacia honey.
Finish: Rich and persistent.
