Boizel Champagne Absolu Rosé Magnum, 1.5l

The colour is a pale pink with golden and coppery highlights. The very fine, light bubbles form a vibrant ring. The fine, subtle nose offers delicate, fruity red berry flavours, such as wild strawberry and cherry. On the palate, the wine is silky and deliciously fresh. It is generous, well-structured and round. The refined aromas of fruit, such as raspberry, gradually become more intense, blending perfectly with citrus notes against a slightly spicy and mineral background. The elegant finish has great persistence.
