Chateau Musar Rosé Wine 2018, 0.75cl

Chateau Musar Rosé is a quiet and gently aged tribute to the "blended" rosés of Champagne, a style much admired by Serge Hochar. It is not made every year, as specific grape qualities are required to ensure the varieties combine elegantly. In their youth, the wines are salmon pink, soft, balanced, and velvety in texture, with aromas and flavours of peaches, pears, oranges, grapefruit, almonds, wild herbs, and citrus leaf. As they age, they develop soft, spicy notes and yellowish hues.
