Appassimento Method - Unique Tradition
Amarone is produced using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are carefully selected and left to dry on mats for 3-4 months. This drying process concentrates sugars, aromas, and flavours, resulting in a wine of great intensity, complexity, and structure.

The Valpantena area is a sub-region of Valpolicella known for producing high-quality wines. The calcareous soils and unique microclimate lend great elegance and minerality to the wines.
