The 1996 harvest is legendary in Champagne, with brilliant acidity and extraordinary longevity that make it one of the best decades of the 20th century.

Tasting Notes:
Deep golden colour with amber reflections. Complex nose of dried fruit, honey, beeswax, mushrooms, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is broad, mineral, and has a finish of extraordinary persistence.

Ideal with foie gras, truffles, aged cheeses, and fine dining dishes.
