Bright straw yellow. Intense and richly complex aroma with notes of stone fruit and white-fleshed fruit, well integrated with herbal notes of bay leaf and thyme. Fragrant, intense and subtly marked by a soft toast. On the palate, it is full-bodied, textured and well-balanced by a medium but vertical acidity. Long, youthful and fragrant finish.
