About Nicolas Maillart

Nicolas Maillart is an artisanal Champagne producer dedicated to crafting terroir-driven wines, expressing the authenticity and quality of their Premier Cru vineyards.

Platine - Prestige Cuvée

Platine is a special cuvée that represents the pinnacle of the Nicolas Maillart range, with long aging in vats imparting exceptional complexity and depth.

Tasting Notes

A deep golden colour, reflecting the predominance of Pinot Noir, with fine, slowly rising bubbles. The bead formed is persistent, a typical characteristic of long aging in vats.

The nose is very expressive, with notes of ripe fruit (apple, pear), toasted notes (almonds, toast), and some delicate floral nuances.

On the palate, the attack is vinous and full, a sign of this Cuvée's noble origin. The slight dosage reveals the depth of this Champagne and its intrinsic qualities: fresh and unctuous, supported by great length.
